FINAL ROUNDYear 2007 when Floyd Mayweather beat Ricky Hatton announced his retirement but after 21 months of rest and some absence on the big ring , here comes Mayweather starts and back again.An unanimous decision defeating Marquez on the eleventh round as the latest action in boxing events in Las Vegas. I'm not convinced for this fight even Mayweather got the title, I'm just comparing his previous fights way back before. For me it was a good good job here for Marquez, not just because I'm expecting for more or a knock out at the end, what else I could expect to come? it's Floyd Mayweather fights!.But where it is now?.....okey , results are posted out for this title bout and here is the gaining points of 118,120 and 119 from the three judges. Take a look of Marquez score here 109,107 and 108, not so bad.... right?

Reaching the finishing line with face not looks good and collapses after seconds that the medical team catches him before he touches the ground but later let him kissed the ground for his thanks giving words maybe.Next to him was from Norway, Trond Nymark with the time recorded to 3.40.76 something . I've missed it because timer clock was still going on.Then the third placer from Spain, Jesus Angel Garcia behind the two with time record of 3.41.37 (not sure for this last two digits).Some finishes with happy faces but there are some that collapses after stepping the finishing line. So sexy looking at them in that kind of race. They have the oldest participants on his age of about 39 years old . He finished maybe 15th/18th place or more not exact sure .

Maybe I need to join this kind of sports so that all fats that I've been stored for how many years will all throw it out and let the wind blows it all far away from me .lol. The question is "can I imagine how? and how about the ages limit? hahaha.It's too late maybe.

Yesterday's live telecast on the events at Olympic Stadium in Berlin with time record of 26:17.54 on track and field was Bekele's fourth straight wins , he is an Ethiopian athlete. Last year in Olympic was also amazing performance by Bekele with time recorded of 26:25.97 in Beijing. In Zurich world record garnering time of 26:17.8 but yesterday performance was the latest world record ever written .He has still a lot of energy after hearing the bell ring that make him alarm to increase his speed until the end of the run. Amazing! How could I imagine now that I am suffering sprain and any disturbances on my legs down to foot that I was just run in my early age in 1500m without any wins , hahaha. I'm wondering what kind of legs and feet that Bekele has and also what he ate why he had that energy , I am just wondering to those lucky gifted one's.

I'm reading the Yahoo News and it was surprising to know the first ASIAN golf player to beat Tiger Woods .Unbelievable! Just three shots hit by YANG to win the major PGA championship in Minnesota. Woods said Yang played "beautifully". On otherside for men's single division Dudi Sela still on going his way to Montreal Roger's Cup. Here in his home team preparing for EuroBASKET tournament this coming September has a shaky problems with some teammates that resulted to boycotted the Sunday's training sessions.Monday's meeting with his coach Tzvika Sherf said he will not be playing the EuroBasket tournaments.

"There's no chance I will join the national team in training before August 20 and we agreed to speak again later. However, at the moment it seems as though I won't be joining the team at all.

"I need to make some difficult decisions because I'm facing a critical year in my career. I want to play for the team, although it is difficult to see it happening."

Answers all my tickets sent since April '09 that I cannot access to my account. I sent a lot of tickets to the OLD EC SUPPORT team but as I had said it has same email messages I've received of how to log in that it doesn't help at all. I asked a lot of questions on that tickets.And I almost gave up of backing out entrecard but I'm trying to wait the last minute and having one reason to stay for the mean time was my 40K plus points credits left before the problems occurred.

This morning I've checked my gmail messages and I found out that the NEW EC SUPPORT TEAM replies all my tickets one by one! But I have enjoying EC dropping since Sunday night. I just forgot to reply the email with the right password they've sent to me last Sunday. My apology but I'm happy and so excited that is why I forgot the feedback messages for them , lol.Let us have hope that this new owner of EC will have equal and transparent policy implementation to all members.And lastly hope they will add more cash to the credit points we earned during dropping to compensate our efforts in clicking every blogs here.

So funny sometimes on wrestling who are the enemies and who are they going with. Why are they hitting the referee that almost killed ?.lol . When I'm at home we always nothing messed up every weeks show because kids are the avid fans of wrestling. And of course hubby , I'm sitting meter distance to him to avoid his hands. my remedies on leg&foot numbness/sprain

**Jogging and walking barefoot in the sand during sunny days on the nearby shoreline helps relieved numbness and cure sprain on my legs and feet.**Sometimes I brought sea water to my work and mixed it to warm water in small basin then soak deep in my feet until the mixed water(sea-warm regular) becomes cold.**Sitting in the beach to sea water edge or where sea waves rolling at shoreline and let your legs work by pushing sands back and fort as much as you can. **Do not walk inside the house barefooted because the cold temperature of concrete floors get inside faster that none of us don't agree on it while we feel good when walking barefooted.****This is all what I'm doing now here abroad after I stopped walking every morning or not going regularly to shoreline for almost four years now due to kind of work I have.

I was a very active in sport activities during my high school life. I used to walked early morning going to school and going back home every afternoon of more than thirty kilometer back and fort.School activities aside from walking and jogging I played basketball, softball, running , etc. During my colleges days I'm working at the same time and usually have a long walked going to work and in school . I always run up the seventh floor of the university to catched up my first subject from my work place. After all that I found an office work after college and stayed sitting for eight hours, I started to feel the numbness and sprain on my both legs. My first stage of treatment was in a traditional massager, I've never been to any specialist due to financial reasons.The traditional massager teach me all of those above and it was very effective to me. If I could go swimming in sea water for thirty minutes continously is much better he said.But I can't maybe if I going back home I'll do it again everyday in the seashore before sunrise or it could be before sunset.

Israel's HOPE for 2012 Olympics

Track and field committee eyed one young pure Ethiopian immigrant to be their man to bring home a gold medal on 2012 Olympics. Ymar Getahon at age 16 breaks the Israel's record in 800 m run. Last week's Maccabiach games beating all his competitors in 1,500m run breaking the records of 1979. This week he will compete the 3,000 meter events in Finland for European Youth Games .From now on he will represents Israel not Ethiopia as the flag bearer world wide in track and field category.

"I came to Israel in 1999 to compete the 42km run in Tiberias Marathon representing Ethiopia and I was the first placer on that events" recalled Getahon.

He entered the country at age 10 but not all family members granted and live with him . He is not happy for the situation even he won a lot of medals if he remembered his sister and brothers they left behind in Ethiopia living alone.Read more in Jerusalem Post how his life being an athlete and during the process of his residency in Israel . It is not that easy like other country to be fully legalized here.

Sometimes while I'm watching those games I'm closing my eyes, lol. especially if O'Neil driving the ball . Any players stopped on his way to the goal , will surely splashed to the floor.Kobe's covering his face while smiling was the nicest image to viewers, right? That's one great gestures in sporting world.It's so funny that when the audiences in that stadium cheering ,shouting every time when there was goals and I'm doing it too. Let us looked backed the day when MJ performed in most popular sports Superbowl in one of the biggest stadium and what he contributes to all children all over the world.Sharing and giving the message of the good ideas to "heal the world" by joining hands to hundreds of children's on stage. Imagine the Staples center arena yesterday of the farewell tribute to MJ and this stadium where he performed few years backed?. He brings all peoples in all walks of life to show the world and to unite until he's last hour on earth.

I know most of readers here saying " what is the connection of this sports video to the death of pop icon MJ?".And please don't be annoyed if some are still talking about MJ.They have common purpose for the world of sports and the life of MJ. First the "charities " that he gave and shared to all children's that needed help.In all of his hard work on stage performances he always shared what he had. I'm a ghost believers, I saw my eldest brother days after funeral .I did feel something what will happened to one members of our family before 48 hours that my father died but I was not sure then that he was. Ghost chooses peoples whom they wanted to show up and it has messages they wanted to tell or to let someone remembers. ROGER FEDERER GOT IT!!!

What else I could say... I... WON!....my bet , not big amount but a big happiness...lol. No tears from the winner and brings back the great smile of R. FEDERER claiming as number one starting today . My guessing power worked well this time, lol. and CONGRATULATIONS to both of them . That's true Roddick can come back to play in coming years and hold one trophy of his own. He did a great job too.But wait ...one thing I've catches to what FEDERER said - he came to play good and not to break records, oh no...all players around sporting world has a big dream to be a record holder. It will come true if one player break the record who was the latest champion written on the board. Huh! ..a bit strange to hear that from one tennis player icon.That's all for Wimbledon 2009.

RODDICK vs FEDERER on Sunday

Yeah!...I've seen the live telecast yesterday that made me wait if...if..Murray did win the game.There is no luck for the British man this time.The long awaited game to have another Brit's player to win in Wimbledon is still a dream.

After RODDICK win over Murray it is obvious to think again of FEDERER vs RODDICK on final.Even the game between HAAS vs FEDERER is not yet started yesterday I have already on positive imagination of who will be on final. Let us look back for how many times these two players facing each other on courts in some other places.Maybe this time more excitements and actions especially the tricks of both players . Federer wants to break the record of PETE SAMPRAS in Wimbledon but Roddick planning more tactics to stop FEDERER . My bet this time is FEDERER to be the record breaking game story.The only thing I hate is to see FEDERER crying again while recieving the prize.

Roddick did a great job yesterday but on third set between Murray they gathered the score of** 5-1 .Murray recovered it until having a tie score . How if Murray did not have trouble on his knee on that moments? I'm sure Roddick lost that game, believe me . Roddick has always that record of advancing on the first half and losing at the end. See that?...I'm thinking weird and true, lol .I can not see now another faces on actions for the next round. In just less than one hour the game is over. 6-1,6-0 on score board in favor to V.Williams additional winning record. Safina overpowering the games that turns to frustrations. A very aggressive hit since the game was started.Seems no control of hitting the ball or she's just over excited, I don't know even, lol.

Any reactions on my guessing power? lol.Go back to my last post Demetieva vs S.Williams so that you read my word just an hour ago.

So ..maybe more excitements on men's games as always. Hellooo.... we're still on the Wimbledon summer tennis championships.Hope I can own a tv set soon to have complete "live" views. I'm just lucky now that no one interested on seeing news started 5 pm . lol.

Just finished watching live telecast of Wimbledon summer tennis '09. Scoring 6-7-8 in favor win of S. Williams defeating E. Demetieva on her score of 7-5-6. Almost three hours in dry tennis court that both of them looks dehydrated, no sweating . S. Williams had a hard time for the last two sets but gaving and working her best serving killer assets on center court , it worth a lot to be on next round.Had five consecutive served in the speed of about 99mph but Demetieva didnt hit the ball.Great job!Crowds are favored with Demetieva I think, no big claps for Williams points mostly I saw and heard. Less aggresive actions this time and little tricks on court.

Let us see sister V.Williams if she could make it again. What!? I'm thinking a bit wierd now . Might Williams sisters again!? on the final . Ohhh...I want another actions to see. lol. They are both amazing and working hard to reach thier goals but I want another champion 2009 in Wimbledon. Give others a chance to be there on the top.

WTA # 1 Dinara Safina defeated unseeded Sabine Lisicki with the score of 6-7 6-4 6-1.Most viewers are expecting unto this in the last Tuesday (wednesday now on my location) game at Wimbledon center court.This gives excitements to SAFINA for her first time win to be on the semis.Her next game will be facing V. Williams on Thursday afternoon . Could SAFINA will break the Williams records as the most women's favorites playing on finals at Wimbledons? June 06,2009 when I recieved the email from EntreCard support team informing me that they send me the amount worth to EC credits I applied and transferred to them. Only last Monday I accepted it through my paypal account. THANK VERY MUCH TO ALL WHO ARE AROUND IN THIS BUSINESS. Also to all EC droppers that giving time and efforts to drop and visit me everyday.To those I did not reply back - I had problem of opening your blogs . I dont know why .where and what is the problem . It came out to freezes the whole hours waiting but still stuck to blank page. To let you know that I'm trying to opened it for how many times until I finished the 300 drops everyday. SORRY!.

To the one who invited me to boycot EC dropping and some negative write ups outhere all I can say is SORRY FRIENDS I will stick until the end of blog life on entrecard not to the point of this amount I have recieved and not to the incoming amount to be recieved but the main reason was I MEET YOU ALL because of EC dropping . FEDERER MADE IT AGAIN

YES!YES! the former world number one made it again to hold and have an additional trophies on his soon to be museum.But how about if this attacker had rough around the neck of FEDERER of that scarp or hat? It's too late that the security came to rescue him.A shocking scene to think if something deeper had happened.Questions to think was "is it a fan or a bad man? Why they don't respect the games itself and not the performers.tsk..tsk..crazy creatures are everywhere ,too scary.But we all know FEDERER , how determined he was to win the game again and the attacked did not ruined him. I'm sure the one that nervous and frightened was the wife of FEDERER.

In awarding momments we saw again the smile and tears but it was the tears of joy not the tears of defeat this time. The great speech that always made by FEDERER is to congratulate his oppopnent on court that most fans wanted to be. Sportmanship in every game always seen at the end of each game . How they re-act by looking at thier facial expressions taken by photographers and the sponsored channels has given respect by all viewers.Moral values if you are a player was no hatred attitudes after the games and this is what the sports game means.

Another important matter I saw was the presence of the legendary man on tennis court none other than MR. ANDREI AGASSI.It's FEDERER's inspiration and wanted to follow (maybe) his footsteps on how this biggest name in court was played before.I was at my young age when I was inspired to be one like AGASSI but I did not exist. Funny to tell that until now I'm still dreaming to be or at least soon on my grandchildren to be . lol.

Soldering will meet Federer on final

The ball is round that the low seeds have chances to defeat those in the worlds highest ranks in tennis sports history. Peoples in all walks of life could tell now that its FEDERER this time after NADAL was defeated . But the worlds number one was defeated by whom Federer will meet on court this coming final game at Roland Garros in French open.Oh..its impossible, some others say but it was happened that Soldering made to brake the records of Nadal in clay court history. And some other say that Soldering has just one luck but cannot defeat FEDERER..Exciting game will see on final and I myself cannot say now who will be the next champion for 2009 Roland Garros. Do you remember those court meetings of NADAL and FEDERER in Australian open? Why FEDERER so emotional during the awarding of trophy because everybody and he himself expected it to won the game.So, today I will not have any expcetations to avoid hurt aches, right. You see how Federer cry for how many times he losses to low seeds or to NADAL. Curiosity mind I have and to see those strongest man that I idiolized ever since have seen publicly crying, I'm cryin' too. I totally feel it like me before when I was playing in the university , I'm not crying publicly but if I'm alone in the room its hard to accept of what was happened.

So lets wait for tommorows clay court meeting. Can the low seeds ivolves this time or the former champion will recover all his defeats way back three years ago.

And here I was defeated also and lose 1000EC, hahahaha. Any guess outhere? As of now the previous guessing is closed. Anybody have given the answers from previous post , remind me please.

Will RAFA claim the 2009 Roland Garros trophy again??

The KING OF CLAY , the fourth time champion in Roland Garros and the only tennis player obtained his 31rst consecutive win match champion then made the record of 32 consecutive straight sets winning in the 3rd round match with HEWITT in yesterday's actions at French open.It was funny that some audiences puts a boooo to Nadal for his last winning served.While Hewitt didn't catched from his naked eye to where the ball was dropped but Nadal claims then referree Joseph ruled out, so the ending was accepted by Hewitt-of course and he congratulated RAFA.Nice gesture this time from Hewitt that the only champion which I dont like. Scores 6-6-6 for NADAL and 1-3-1 earned by Hewitt.

Way back of thier previous match in Autralian open 2005, Master's Open in Hamburgh 2007, etc. we noticed the long awaited improvements of Nadal that we are watching now.Standing as world's no.one(1) in tennis rankings is now preparing for his fourth match . Could he get another collection of trophy from Roland Garros again? Oh..YES or maybe and ...my prediction is YES!.He looks more good this time to finish the the third round, no traces of stress or tiredness that I remembered viewing in some of his games before.

This match have already in you tube and you can continue watching all incoming match of this game at ESPN.com or LIVE telecast in some sports channel.

Determination of winning and to be the champion among comtemporaries with the highest goal they want to recieved is stand on the top board was paid off for these two dancers.Be passionate,giving a lot of patience, hard work and self discipline are the main tools why they deserved the title.Yes it is ,everybody are all great performers and deserving but in every games of contests there should be only one named as to be the champion of the world.

Almost one week had past but still evolves the whole world all thier videos in every performances that bring us joy and smiles to the way it should be.At the beginning and first thought to see SHAWN as an athletics figure,there are some predictions and asking why she's there.The first thought in every minds to the word dancer should be sexy and a graceful type of woman.I'm saying all of these to judge or either predicts in early part of the contest are not the right thing to do. Here it was proven that athletics and dancing has common words to say that "if you have it you must prove it".Athletic figure is not the hindrance to be a dancing champions , we saw it in every performances how they put energy on it , coordinations and the feelings of how the sounds of music relates on it.Nice performances and great messages ..hope this will brings to the whole as an inspiration especially to youth of our latest generations.

I have a little knowledge in dancing , after my graduation in college I was hired to work in one electronic company in Japan. The easiest and fastest way is to have an entry visa was to be a dancer.To make a story short I went on training ,a hard work,diet that I hates, disciplinary actions by our gay choreographers,up to the final judgement with some promoters from Japan I was FAILED to have entry visa.Words I heard was as if I'm playing basketball games.Wondering why but I'm not interested anymore.A big regrets that I wasted time in training but the challenge remains in there.After few weeks I got job in one company which is inline to what I have studied.So life must go on...win or lose.

Watching this soccer since I worked here is so funny and amazing to me.Soccer is not popular in our country compared to basketball that most filipinos are watching in every games.Tricks seen on this videos are so great to see and keeps me smile the whole game I've watched.I did shout alone if there's a goal made by the players or what ever inside the games.I dont mind who are the players but I'm watching always if I have free time on my work.I even sharing a story of what I've watched in youtube if my family got online.They are laughing to me and my hubby always makes a jokes that "don't tell me you're going to watch sometime that soccer?", huh!! but he did when he was in Tripoli, Libya - hahahaha.

I took this picture with my cannon camera eight months before he died.It was my first vacation working here in Israel. No one of us thought that time was the begginning of his end. He never complains at all and ever since.Three of us brothers and sisters working abroad went vacation at same time.He is the man that everybody in our place salute him even he is not military guy but the way he disciplined us is into that kind of attitudes.No one break his words or else your challenging without winning the games you choose.

B4 & AFTER MAY 02 '09 (PACMAN vs HITMAN)

Before or since the announcement of these fight there was a lots of annoying words and critism from fans and on the otherside camp of the boxer itself.All I can say is : IT'S OKEY , WE KNOW WHERE WE ARE STANDING.I know that underdogs as they looked at every filipino around the world.I did not watched LIVE telecast of that fight,I was in the Jordan river and Galilee that morning(here in my location) and I almost forgot because I was so happy and excited that long dream tour of mine.When our groups are already in sea of Galilee for a 45 minutes boating rides,its always asked from what country we've been.WHY? The boatman brought the Philippine flag together with some caregivers tied then pull the string to sang the Philippine national anthem and I remembered it all. I closed eyes and said God please give the power to our boxer for the benifits of the pilipino people and to the whole nation.In all news and videos shown anywhere on internet , it seems like the threat of defeat as thier assurance.Why they are judging that the fight is not yet finish.So...from the PACMAN beliefs and mine too only GOD can make it happened.

After the fights the winds changed blowing its ways to new version by reading all those news and comments of all videos related on that fights.I crawl for two todays in some blogs and websites especially on YouTube.Tons of comments I read both sides have thier own words to write but only one word I could say now that need to recall. A word from our very owned boxer itself none other than MANNY PAQUIAO that everything was from GOD. He never forget to kneel down before and after his fight anywhere in the world.The first TWO words came from him any time he won was ..THANKS GOD and THANKS TO MY COUNTRYMEN and all fans around the world.If you reply back all the videos after anouncements from referee,take a look what he did first then what words he first said.Is it desame since he started to fights on the ring? Did I say right??

I did not study in this field of boxing or any games but I knew then played almost all when I was at my young age.I always and watched a lot of sports- just on tv , I'm not that kind of love in drama's.

I feel honored when one local men here greeted me about that boxing history PACMAN made again.This is what I mean here, a little relieves of some emotions we felt everyday here.I was on the bus on my way back to work when one local man asked me from where I am.Then he told me he just seen on internet the bout and he congratulate me. Nice feeling ,right? I'm just proud as I was born and grew up in one islands of THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES.

Last two days there's no scheduled games to play but all Israeli's are celebrating for thier true to life winning games they ever fought and today is marked thier liberation from enemies.I called it a "war games" they fullfiled that ends in year 1948 of May 14.Yom Ha'Atzmaut as they called this day which means it is thier 61rst Independence Day ever.
Hey...it's meh!.. in the dinning room.Tired of watching thier game show celebration should eat to have energy for my own games carrying my employer.No...we have kalno-it as our service to go everywhere . Kalno-it is a kind of rechargeable 3 wheels bicycle.

This video was the goals and game analysis during last two nights games between Arsenal and Liverpool.As you know that Yossi Benayoun was an Israeli born superstar of this kind of game.I just saw him on the newspaper and on tv shows of how he looks,not that kind of bulky to be a winner but little skinny but have strong determination in winning every games. Almost until today he was on all newspapers and tv sports talk show all over the country of his another heroic performance at Anfield.Once there is schedule for his game everybody here watching for there pride and flag bearer Binayoun.Even I'm just a worker I also love watching and excited of games played of Israeli players.Funny but that was the nature here and everybody love soccer unlike in the Philippines that we are just watching basketball games.

I took this picture in front of tourist area's post office Natanya. Many times that I saw her in this place everytime I went to post office to send money for my children.It's always with her bag in purple color and with a big choker bracelets on her right hand.Sometimes with hairclips also as same color purple and even her finger nail polish, you see that???.I dont know who she is .It just caught my eyes because I like the color and style of her bag.I never noticed her shoes...lol.

PBA - PHILIPPINE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION

This is the basketball player that I'll never forget until my last breath.My husband was an avid fan since he landed in the Philippines way back 1991. I was pregnant at that time when hubby don't mind my demand if there was a game. He used to answer me always that Norman Black in today's game.Without my knowledge he planned to have name after this player of our incoming baby if it is a boy.So he was very frustrated when my eldest daughter came out. No words, no blames but I felt that way. After five years we made again another one , he's prayer's was answered this time and there's no other names just NORMAN that came from Norman Black- the PBA player.

We filipinos are not just familiar but idolized this former player in high school basketball of Cardinal Gibbons School in Baltimore where he graduated in 1975. He then played for Saint Joseph's College in Pennsylvania from 1975-1979, averaging 17 points per game in his playing career.He also played in Continental Basketball Association from 1978-1982 for the Lancaster Red Roses and the Philadelphia Kings.He also played for the Detroit Pistons in the National Basketball Association, but played only three games in the 1980-81 season, averaging 2.7 points per game.

Black made a legendary name in terms of sports in the Philippines from an import forward to coaching and even TV anchor commentator, guest english analyst of a certain games, advertisements as product indorser until year 2007. He was seen every Sunday on the halftime segment "Black's Board" where he dished out the week's highlights around the league and Philippine basketball as well. I did not catch up the 1/2 day work in post office this afternoon located at the tourist center Ntanya because they still on holidays.So I walked,walked around then I felt tired that I sat down the wooden bench in streets of Smilansky corner Hertzel.There are medicals staffs from one company distributing some flyers for thier promotional discount services.Without thinking that in front of me was a metal craft with a triangular form that means there is story behind this point so they marked it. Something like a monument from thier history that was happened there.When one friend passed by asked why I am looking that metal.Then suddenly I saw a triangle that I need to join in photo hunting this week.When those medical staffs saw me holding camera they run and gave their sweetest smiles and posed.This is the best adjectives that I can say here, locals are not afraid with cameras and they are friendly people.

ISRAEL's holy city of Jerusalem was a dream of peoples in all walks of life to visits, christians and non-christians wants to step on the holy place anytime of thier lives.To one NBA player and not just a christian but a preacher that his Lord was sent him here not just to play but also a mission to fulfilled.I have seen some games of former chicago bulls player on his screen name "THE REV" and he is now playing and has contract with Hapoel Jerusalem. Let's see how he will play in almost fans are not fully like it.Here is the story of JOSHUA HAHN written in Jerusalem Post when they interviewed him last friday.

Roger Powell Jr , a devout Christian, has served as a preacher in his home state of Illinois.He also heads the Roger Powell Jr. Ministries summer camps, which he runs in Illinois with the aim of developing leadership skills in young athletes through basketball training and Bible studies.

Prior to moving to Israel he was working toward advanced degrees in theology through his church's college, the International College of Excellence.

But to Hapoel fans and teammates alike, Powell is the basketball pro par excellence, though with a nod to his off-court pursuits, he goes by the nickname, "The Rev."

"Everybody has been so warm and welcoming. I look on this opportunity to be playing here as a blessing," says Powell, a 26-year-old forward who, in his first season with Hapoel, has helped the Jerusalem team to cement itself into second place in the BSL, averaging 10.1 ppg in 17.7 minutes so far this season.

Just a few months ago, Powell was out of a job. He was released by the NBA's Chicago Bulls which he had joined in October 2008 but failed to make the final roster. However, he had absolutely no intention of hanging up his sneakers.

When he was offered a contract in Jerusalem, he jumped at the chance. It wasn't the NBA, true, but to play in Israel's top league, and what's more in Jerusalem, seemed to hold out all sorts of promise.

Powell stresses that he was attracted to basketball in Israel for many of the same reasons that attract other foreign athletes: The pay is relatively high, Israeli fans are dedicated and energetic, the competition is exceptional and English is widely spoken and understood all over the country.

In fact, he has found that the training, coaching and play are of a relatively high level.

Still, to uproot oneself and relocate to a country with a very different lifestyle is always a challenge. And all the more so when the country you're going to often has such a negative image abroad.

For The Rev and his wife Terra, soon after arriving here any doubts were dismissed.

The transition to living and playing basketball in Israel has been "extremely smooth - the smoothest of all our transitions" since back in 2005, when Powell graduated from the University of Illinois.

That's partly because he's familiar with Jewish culture, traditions and holidays. From adolescence to his time in college, Powell has always had Jewish friends. Many of these friends put him in contact with their families and friends living in Israel.

And true to Israeli hospitality, many have entertained Powell and his wife at their homes for Shabbat dinner.

The Powells' stay in Jerusalem also provides plenty of spare time to further develop their true passion - community activism.

Terra, who helps administer the Roger Powell Jr. Ministries, is busy developing programs for the foundation.

As a graphic designer, she is also helping to build a Web site and program for the Powells' newest endeavor, Integrity Sports.

While the Roger Powell Jr. Ministries selects athletes to participate in the summer leadership camp, Integrity Sports will be open to all young athletes looking to develop leadership and life skills.

It is this extraordinary synergy of a man of God in the city of God that has made Powell's experience with Hapoel Jerusalem all the more fulfilling.

He calls it an experience that has "helped him grow as a human being" and will, he believes, add much in preparing him for the responsibilities of becoming an ordained minister in the future.

As Jerusalem is the birthplace of the three major religions, Powell says, "Living in Jerusalem - the focus of three monotheistic religions - has provided me with an overall picture of faith."
Powell has found that his forays into the city and its holy sites has brought the Bible to life for him.

You may come, he says, to this magical city for a certain reason, "but you're liable to come away with something completely different altogether, excitingly different."

Last night's laila zeder (dinner celebration) was lucky for me to have pictures and talk to MR.RON SIVLEN, a chief TRAINING COACH of HAPO-EL TEL AVIV, one of prestigious soccer team in ISRAEL.In the picture was his mother JUDITH- a best friend of my employer and sitting beside was his daughter.He was born and grown up here in my work place - MISHMAR HASHARON.Since his young age he played soccer and becoming a passionate of this game.One of his dream is to become one important man of any team has come true.He finished study and specialising the sports at Wingate University.Below are some facts that one could qualify and has quality of becoming coach of soccer game.Mostly sports fans are knew the coach on actual scene but another man behind the team are not so popular like a team manager.

Becoming a soccer coach or trainer takes patience as well as knowledge. He must be willing to communicate openly in a friendly environment.Coaching soccer is not easy while in the mean time coaching can be very rewarding. He will develop inter-personal and intra-personal skills.

Last night game watched was so exciting and I am on the team of Israel of course or where else, lol.Back in the Phillipines I'm an avid fan of basketball ,it changed me when I'm already here abroad that most viewed of all ages was this kind of game.Israel's Yossi Benayoun a super star in "kadoregel" (football) was not playing because he was sick and injured during previous matched.

Scored 2-1 against the Greeks last Wednesday night loss now leaves the national team with an almost impossible task to progress to the World Cup.About 40 years of dreaming to have qualifying slot on the world cup but this time goes to nothing.The coach was so disappointed in some performance and the abilities of the players as he said in an interview but still proud that they controlled the game.

In the 11th minute, the Israeli defense failed to clear Giorgos Karagounis's free kick and was very fortunate that defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos squandered a superb opportunity, blasting a free shot from the center of the box high above Dudu Aoute's goal.

Greece's victory was never under any doubt after that and Israel will likely have to wait at least another four years until it returns to play in the World Cup for the first time since 1970.

This was the word from ITF Security consultants and they just waiting when is the GO signal of Philippine authorities.For security reason of what happened in Pakistan last week on attacking Sri Lanka's cricket players that 's why they lost the right to host another games.Supposedly , Pakistan was to host the best-of-five series from July 10-12, but the ITF said the Philippines will have the choice of venue “based upon existing advice from the ITF’s security consultants.”
“The Philippines has been told, ‘It’s your right to host it now. Can you tell us where and when?”’ ITF spokesman Neil Robinson said Wednesday.

Last week, tennis authorities in the Philippines asked the series be moved to Manila because of fears that its players may be attacked. Three of the five Filipino players, including Cecil Mamiit, are dual U.S.-Philippine citizens and Philippine Lawn Tennis Association that vice president Randy Villanueva feared they may be targeted because of their American passports.
Last March 3, as gunman attacked Sri Lanka’s cricket team as it traveled by bus in Lahore, Pakistan. Six police officers were killed and seven team members injured.Since the attack, several events have been pulled from Pakistan, including a junior tennis tournament that had been scheduled for Karachi.

Pakistan Tennis Federation secretary Rashid Khan said Wednesday the series should be held in a third country.“If they think that the security situation is not ideal here, then the tie should be organized at a neutral venue and if the security is not good in Pakistan, we don’t think that the (security) situation is too good in the Philippines.

SHAHAR PEER as a player and -why also me ?

She is a young lady, a tennis player of Israel that I admired most.She will turn 22 years old this coming May 2009. To her young age she's already bringing home more than a million bucks from her playing career. With the height of 5"7" and weighing 60 kilos she's very sexy to my eyesight.According to wikipedia she just turned pro last year 2004 with an asset playing right, two-handed backhand comparing to mostly peoples here are left-handed humans. Tennis world rank she earned was #15 and that was recorded last January 29,2007.

Last week a short news on tv saying she was rejected to play in DUBAI. It did not bothered or surprised me anymore. She is an Israeli.But what about me? I have a first experienced of this word REJECTING.In my SURVIVOR blog there is called EC dropping, a kind of boosts to co-bloggers around the world and in same time adding traffic rank to its blogs. While I'm looking to some blogs to advert my logo , it was last few days ago, I try to advert to one blog which is blog author ,owner was in Dubai. I don't have anything on my mind about it at this moment because I'm only a caregiver here , a filipino citizen that I knew all filipinos has a good time living in that place and mostly are my friends and relatives.In my surprise , the next day I received an email that my request was REJECTED. First word came out to my mind now was WHY? and ALSO ME!!? then laugh.If Dubai will offer same salary here and good treatment like we have here today , I might apply soon if still my age will allow to work in that place. It is very nice and world wonder place that everybody are dreaming to work there sometimes.

coconut in receiving room

I was born and grown up surrounded by coconut trees and now working here abroad in a country of which don't have or cannot plant a coconut trees. Yesterday I went to my friends place where she was working but they are waiting me outside because we are invited to a breakfast to the next building. I saw this interesting thing the moment we sat down in receiving room. Imagine the smallest size of coconut they displayed in their receiving room.A great smile on my mind and memories re-winded that when coconut harvest season during my early age we used it as a ball if we are playing in a nearby riverside.But here abroad is like a flower on the center table together with all those fruits offered to all guest coming in.I saw a lot of families proud of having coconut like this in their home .They are eating this like a special fruits but in our place we are not eating that ways, I mean we used it for cooking or any other usage .On the way to tourist center in NATANYA you can see a rolling store having most of smaller sizes and people eating it while walking around the area as if they are eating chocolates.Last year also I brought a jumbo size of coconut shell for a present to my employer's children.Something like a flower vase or you can make it as a glass of any liquid or we called it "hungot". When we checked by custom personnel at Bin Gurion airport , they supposed not allowed me to bring it in , they thought I'm from other Asian countries not Filipino caregiver.When they used to hold it accidentally my wet undies that I used to changed and washed during a stop over flight in Singapore falls down.he-he-he-he sorry not intended to do it and I'm not expecting it.Then they told me ..okay.. go!go!Go!...and we laughed together with me on flight was 6 more Filipino's.

This year start with Rafael Nadal beating Roger Federer in Australian Open.This is the first ever win of Rafael Nadal and also the first Spaniard player win the Australian open .They are both my favorites but there's should be one winner in every game.A very nice image after they received their trophies but the first part was sad they both cried.It was a tears of joy for Nadal and in contrary to Federer's feeling of losing the games. The game match was more than 4 hours fighting in clay court. A very star studded fight that the whole world watched.They both showed their cleverness in the games and gave their excellent tactics that the crowds satisfied and happy to witness them live in court.
