Reaching the finishing line with face not looks good and collapses after seconds that the medical team catches him before he touches the ground but later let him kissed the ground for his thanks giving words maybe.Next to him was from Norway, Trond Nymark with the time recorded to 3.40.76 something . I've missed it because timer clock was still going on.Then the third placer from Spain, Jesus Angel Garcia behind the two with time record of 3.41.37 (not sure for this last two digits).Some finishes with happy faces but there are some that collapses after stepping the finishing line. So sexy looking at them in that kind of race. They have the oldest participants on his age of about 39 years old . He finished maybe 15th/18th place or more not exact sure .

Maybe I need to join this kind of sports so that all fats that I've been stored for how many years will all throw it out and let the wind blows it all far away from me .lol. The question is "can I imagine how? and how about the ages limit? hahaha.It's too late maybe.

Bekele's 4th straight wins on 10,000m

Yesterday's live telecast on the events at Olympic Stadium in Berlin with time record of 26:17.54 on track and field was Bekele's fourth straight wins , he is an Ethiopian athlete. Last year in Olympic was also amazing performance by Bekele with time recorded of 26:25.97 in Beijing. In Zurich world record garnering time of 26:17.8 but yesterday performance was the latest world record ever written .He has still a lot of energy after hearing the bell ring that make him alarm to increase his speed until the end of the run. Amazing! How could I imagine now that I am suffering sprain and any disturbances on my legs down to foot that I was just run in my early age in 1500m without any wins , hahaha. I'm wondering what kind of legs and feet that Bekele has and also what he ate why he had that energy , I am just wondering to those lucky gifted one's.

YANG beats WOODS

I'm reading the Yahoo News and it was surprising to know the first ASIAN golf player to beat Tiger Woods .Unbelievable! Just three shots hit by YANG to win the major PGA championship in Minnesota. Woods said Yang played "beautifully". Watch this video when Tiger Woods was interviewed after the game.This is the first time that Woods will ends the year without winning the major title in history of his five years career.

SELA 'in' but PE'ER is 'out' for tournaments

Shahar Pe'er Israel's former rank #1 on woman's tennis was out and did not qualify in tournament.She was lost in second and final qualifying round to Olga Govortsova during the Western and Southern Woman's Open in Cincinnati last Sunday .Sad to say that she is now in #65 world rank list while her previous world rank is #15 way back January 2007 .

On otherside for men's single division Dudi Sela still on going his way to Montreal Roger's Cup. This week's game will be facing #9 seed Gilles Simon on the second round but on the first round will play over to one qualifier.In my previous post few weeks ago during the "Maccabiah" (jewish Olympics) on how was the performance of Dudi Sela, he was rank #1 in Israel's tennis association and rank # 34 in the world rankings.

First ISRAELI to play on NBA

(image by AP@JP) OMRI CASSPI was one of the lucky who was selected by the SACRAMENTO KINGS in last month 23rd selection draft.He is become the first Israeli set to play on NBA. Here in his home team preparing for EuroBASKET tournament this coming September has a shaky problems with some teammates that resulted to boycotted the Sunday's training sessions.Monday's meeting with his coach Tzvika Sherf said he will not be playing the EuroBasket tournaments.

"There's no chance I will join the national team in training before August 20 and we agreed to speak again later. However, at the moment it seems as though I won't be joining the team at all.

"I need to make some difficult decisions because I'm facing a critical year in my career. I want to play for the team, although it is difficult to see it happening."

my remedies on leg&foot numbness/sprain

**Jogging and walking barefoot in the sand during sunny days on the nearby shoreline helps relieved numbness and cure sprain on my legs and feet.**Sometimes I brought sea water to my work and mixed it to warm water in small basin then soak deep in my feet until the mixed water(sea-warm regular) becomes cold.**Sitting in the beach to sea water edge or where sea waves rolling at shoreline and let your legs work by pushing sands back and fort as much as you can. **Do not walk inside the house barefooted because the cold temperature of concrete floors get inside faster that none of us don't agree on it while we feel good when walking barefooted.****This is all what I'm doing now here abroad after I stopped walking every morning or not going regularly to shoreline for almost four years now due to kind of work I have.

I was a very active in sport activities during my high school life. I used to walked early morning going to school and going back home every afternoon of more than thirty kilometer back and fort.School activities aside from walking and jogging I played basketball, softball, running , etc. During my colleges days I'm working at the same time and usually have a long walked going to work and in school . I always run up the seventh floor of the university to catched up my first subject from my work place. After all that I found an office work after college and stayed sitting for eight hours, I started to feel the numbness and sprain on my both legs. My first stage of treatment was in a traditional massager, I've never been to any specialist due to financial reasons.The traditional massager teach me all of those above and it was very effective to me. If I could go swimming in sea water for thirty minutes continously is much better he said.But I can't maybe if I going back home I'll do it again everyday in the seashore before sunrise or it could be before sunset.

REMEMBERING MJ in SUPERBOWL

Let us looked backed the day when MJ performed in most popular sports Superbowl in one of the biggest stadium and what he contributes to all children all over the world.Sharing and giving the message of the good ideas to "heal the world" by joining hands to hundreds of children's on stage. Imagine the Staples center arena yesterday of the farewell tribute to MJ and this stadium where he performed few years backed?. He brings all peoples in all walks of life to show the world and to unite until he's last hour on earth.

I know most of readers here saying " what is the connection of this sports video to the death of pop icon MJ?".And please don't be annoyed if some are still talking about MJ.They have common purpose for the world of sports and the life of MJ. First the "charities " that he gave and shared to all children's that needed help.In all of his hard work on stage performances he always shared what he had. Hope everybody here read the news what are included in the list of beneficiaries about MJ's $500M assets. Did you see there in the list written the last word "charities"?. Secondly to the sporting world , every amount earned in every sports events the proceeds goes to "charities " and one main reason why forming the sports show. And lastly, all champions on all kinds of sports has started as a young children until they become an icon like MJ and all world champions in every games of the world of sports begins at their young ages. Am I right saying that all good things we need to remember from MJ?

I'm a ghost believers, I saw my eldest brother days after funeral .I did feel something what will happened to one members of our family before 48 hours that my father died but I was not sure then that he was. Ghost chooses peoples whom they wanted to show up and it has messages they wanted to tell or to let someone remembers. RODDICK vs FEDERER on Sunday

Yeah!...I've seen the live telecast yesterday that made me wait if...if..Murray did win the game.There is no luck for the British man this time.The long awaited game to have another Brit's player to win in Wimbledon is still a dream.

After RODDICK win over Murray it is obvious to think again of FEDERER vs RODDICK on final.Even the game between HAAS vs FEDERER is not yet started yesterday I have already on positive imagination of who will be on final. Let us look back for how many times these two players facing each other on courts in some other places.Maybe this time more excitements and actions especially the tricks of both players . Federer wants to break the record of PETE SAMPRAS in Wimbledon but Roddick planning more tactics to stop FEDERER . My bet this time is FEDERER to be the record breaking game story.The only thing I hate is to see FEDERER crying again while recieving the prize.

Roddick did a great job yesterday but on third set between Murray they gathered the score of** 5-1 .Murray recovered it until having a tie score . How if Murray did not have trouble on his knee on that moments? I'm sure Roddick lost that game, believe me . Roddick has always that record of advancing on the first half and losing at the end. See that?...I'm thinking weird and true, lol .I can not see now another faces on actions for the next round. In just less than one hour the game is over. 6-1,6-0 on score board in favor to V.Williams additional winning record. Safina overpowering the games that turns to frustrations. A very aggressive hit since the game was started.Seems no control of hitting the ball or she's just over excited, I don't know even, lol.

Demetieva VS S.Williams

Just finished watching live telecast of Wimbledon summer tennis '09. Scoring 6-7-8 in favor win of S. Williams defeating E. Demetieva on her score of 7-5-6. Almost three hours in dry tennis court that both of them looks dehydrated, no sweating . S. Williams had a hard time for the last two sets but gaving and working her best serving killer assets on center court , it worth a lot to be on next round.Had five consecutive served in the speed of about 99mph but Demetieva didnt hit the ball.Great job!Crowds are favored with Demetieva I think, no big claps for Williams points mostly I saw and heard. Less aggresive actions this time and little tricks on court.

Let us see sister V.Williams if she could make it again. What!? I'm thinking a bit wierd now . Might Williams sisters again!? on the final . Ohhh...I want another actions to see. lol. They are both amazing and working hard to reach thier goals but I want another champion 2009 in Wimbledon. Give others a chance to be there on the top.

SAFINA vs V. WILLIAMS on Thursday at WIMBLEDON ' 09

WTA # 1 Dinara Safina defeated unseeded Sabine Lisicki with the score of 6-7 6-4 6-1.Most viewers are expecting unto this in the last Tuesday (wednesday now on my location) game at Wimbledon center court.This gives excitements to SAFINA for her first time win to be on the semis.Her next game will be facing V. Williams on Thursday afternoon . Could SAFINA will break the Williams records as the most women's favorites playing on finals at Wimbledons? Soldering will meet Federer on final

The ball is round that the low seeds have chances to defeat those in the worlds highest ranks in tennis sports history. Peoples in all walks of life could tell now that its FEDERER this time after NADAL was defeated . But the worlds number one was defeated by whom Federer will meet on court this coming final game at Roland Garros in French open.Oh..its impossible, some others say but it was happened that Soldering made to brake the records of Nadal in clay court history. And some other say that Soldering has just one luck but cannot defeat FEDERER..Exciting game will see on final and I myself cannot say now who will be the  next champion for 2009 Roland Garros. Do you remember those  court meetings of NADAL and FEDERER in Australian open? Why FEDERER so emotional during the awarding of trophy because everybody and he himself expected it to won the game.So, today I will not have any expcetations to avoid hurt aches, right. You see how Federer cry for how many times he losses to low seeds or to NADAL. Curiosity mind I have and to see those strongest man that I idiolized ever since have seen publicly crying, I'm cryin' too. I totally feel it like me before when I was playing in the university , I'm not crying publicly but if I'm alone in the room its hard to accept of what was happened.

So lets wait for tommorows clay court meeting. Can the low seeds ivolves this time or the former champion will recover all his defeats way back three years ago.

And here I was defeated also and lose 1000EC, hahahaha. Any guess outhere? As of now the previous guessing is closed. Anybody have given the answers from previous post , remind me please.

B4 & AFTER MAY 02 '09 (PACMAN vs HITMAN)

Before or since the announcement of these fight there was a lots of annoying words and critism from fans and on the otherside camp of the boxer itself.All I can say is : IT'S OKEY , WE KNOW WHERE WE ARE STANDING.I know that underdogs as they looked at every filipino around the world.I did not watched LIVE telecast of that fight,I was in the Jordan river and Galilee that morning(here in my location) and I almost forgot because I was so happy and excited that long dream tour of mine.When our groups are already in sea of Galilee for a 45 minutes boating rides,its always asked from what country we've been.WHY? The boatman brought the Philippine flag together with some caregivers tied then pull the string to sang the Philippine national anthem and I remembered it all. I closed eyes and said God please give the power to our boxer for the benifits of the pilipino people and to the whole nation.In all news and videos shown anywhere on internet , it seems like the threat of defeat as thier assurance.Why they are judging that the fight is not yet finish.So...from the PACMAN beliefs and mine too only GOD can make it happened.

After the fights the winds changed blowing its ways to new version by reading all those news and comments of all videos related on that fights.I crawl for two todays in some blogs and websites especially on YouTube.Tons of comments I read both sides have thier own words to write but only one word I could say now that need to recall. A word from our very owned boxer itself none other than MANNY PAQUIAO that everything was from GOD. He never forget to kneel down before and after his fight anywhere in the world.The first TWO words came from him any time he won was ..THANKS GOD and THANKS TO MY COUNTRYMEN and all fans around the world.If you reply back all the videos after anouncements from referee,take a look what he did first then what words he first said.Is it desame since he started to fights on the ring? Did I say right??

I did not study in this field of boxing or any games but I knew then played almost all when I was at my young age.I always and watched a lot of sports- just on tv , I'm not that kind of love in drama's.

I feel honored when one local men here greeted me about that boxing history PACMAN made again.This is what I mean here, a little relieves of some emotions we felt everyday here.I was on the bus on my way back to work when one local man asked me from where I am.Then he told me he just seen on internet the bout and he congratulate me. Nice feeling ,right? I'm just proud as I was born and grew up in one islands of THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES.

ARSENAL VS LIVERPOOL (21paril2009)

This video was the goals and game analysis during last two nights games between Arsenal and Liverpool.As you know that Yossi Benayoun was an Israeli born superstar of this kind of game.I just saw him on the newspaper and on tv shows of how he looks,not that kind of bulky to be a winner but little skinny but have strong determination in winning every games. Almost until today he was on all newspapers and tv sports talk show all over the country of his another heroic performance at Anfield.Once there is schedule for his game everybody here watching for there pride and flag bearer Binayoun.Even I'm just a worker I also love watching and excited of games played of Israeli players.Funny but that was the nature here and everybody love soccer unlike in the Philippines that we are just watching basketball games.

I took this picture in front of tourist area's post office Natanya. Many times that I saw her in this place  everytime I went to post office to send money for my children.It's always with her bag in purple color and with a big choker bracelets on her right hand.Sometimes with hairclips also as same color purple and even her finger nail polish, you see that???.I dont know who she is .It just caught my eyes because I like the color and style of her bag.I never noticed her shoes...lol.

PHOTO HUNT #4 - TRIANGLE

I did not catch up the 1/2 day work in post office this afternoon located at the tourist center Ntanya because they still on holidays.So I walked,walked around then I felt tired that I sat down the wooden bench in streets of Smilansky corner Hertzel.There are medicals staffs from one company distributing some flyers for thier promotional discount services.Without thinking that in front of me was a metal craft with a triangular form that means there is story behind this point so they marked it. Something like a monument from thier history that was happened there.When one friend passed by asked why I am looking that metal.Then suddenly I saw a triangle that I need to join in photo hunting this week.When those medical staffs saw me holding camera they run and gave their sweetest smiles and posed.This is the best adjectives that I can say here, locals are not afraid with cameras and they are friendly people.
